Yes. We specialize in rooftop and balcony installations. We assess load ratings, install appropriate drainage solutions, and use lightweight base materials to keep structural load within safe limits.
No. Our pool deck turf provides excellent traction even when wet. The drainage perforations allow water to pass through quickly so the surface does not pool or become slick.
Our turf is chemically inert and unaffected by chlorine splash and standard pool chemicals. It will not stain, bleach, or degrade with normal pool-adjacent exposure.
Proper drainage is critical. We engineer a base system that redirects water away from the pool deck, preventing standing water and maintaining a clean, slip-resistant surface.
Permit requirements vary by municipality and building type. We can advise on what is typically required and coordinate with your HOA or building management as needed.
